Биография
У отца в Чили была сеть книжных магазинов. Но к рождению Алис мать вернулась в Париж. Первые годы своей жизни она провела у бабушки в Швейцарии. Затем была учеба во Франции.

В 1894 году Алис нанимает Леон Гомон работать в компанию секретарем.

В 1906, она сняла свой первый полнометражный художественный фильм под названием Жизнь Христа, большой бюджет производства в течение времени, в том числе 300 массовки. В этом же году она также сделала фильм Весенняя фея, один из первых фильмов, когда-либо снятый в цвете.

В 1907 году Алис выходит замуж за оператора Эрбер Блаше (фр. Herbert Blaché-). Они переезжают в Нью-Йорк, где Блаше работает в филиале «Гомон».

С 1907 по 1910 в деятельности Алис Ги наступил перерыв.

В 1910 году Алис Ги стала президентом «Солакс Компани». В период с 1910 по 1920 сняла около 70 фильмов. В 1913 году Эрбер Блаше, создал фирму «Blaché Features Inc». В 1976 были опубликованы воспоминания Алис Ги «Автобиография первооткрывательницы французского кино».
